Advertisers are now being given a choice when to show certain ad extensions in Bing Ads.  Currently, Ad extensions scheduling is rolling out for almost all extensions globally.

When you finally get access to ad extension scheduling for your account, there will be a new section at the ad extension level that says “Selected days and hours” where you can set times for specific days and choose whether to set the timing based on the user’s time zone or the time zone set at your account level.

the scheduling will be available via the Bing Ads API, Bing Ads Bulk Upload and the Google Import function.  Right now, you won’t be able to find it in the Bing Ads Editor.
