google-thumbGoogle is now showing searchers how long they can expect to be at any specific store or venue based on crowdsourced data that they have from users who travel to specific stores.

Google may show “people typically spend X minutes here,” which can be found under the popular times section of the Google Maps local listing page.  The estimate is typically a single number, such as 10 minutes, but it could be a range of minutes instead, such as between 10 and 30 minutes.

When I tried recreating this myself, I couldn’t find a single Google Maps entry that gave me a wait time like what’s shown in the above images.
