AdWords is a pretty popular PPC platform that a number of people use. I’m sure you’ve heard of it. In AdWords, there are some features that PCC managers just can’t live without, and one of them is the Dimensions tab. Among columnist Pauline Jakober’s team, the Dimensions tab had unanimously cited as their favorite feature in AdWords.
For a quick explanation, here’s one from Google AdWords:
“The Dimensions tab lets you slice and dice your data by the dimension of your choice across an ad group, a campaign, or your entire account. You can use Dimensions to view statistics that cut across other AdWords tabs. For example, you can view your total stats by month, hour, or geographic region. You can customize your table to compare your total clicks in January across ad groups, or see individual cities where your clicks came from.”
Knowing that the Dimensions tab is an important aspect of the AdWords platform, Pauline has decided to give us three important tasks that we can perform today with a little help from this feature in AdWords.
The three features include:
- Time Analysis
- Gepgraphic Analysis
- Search Terms
Pauline includes more detail in her article about these three points, and if you are interested in checking it out, you can find her article on Search Engine Land.
