Bing Ads Launches Structured Snippets For Text Ads

Thrive Business Marketing company logo

Bing adsBing Ads has released Structured Snippets for text ads and is rolling them out over the next few weeks globally.

Just like in AdWords, Structured Snippets in Bing Ads aren’t clickable.  The idea behind them is to showcase particular aspects of the products and services a business offers.  As an example, “Types” and “Brands” of products available or serviced.

Structured Snippets are going to be available from the Ad Extensions tab at the campaign level.  You will choose a header (such as Brands and Types), and after that, you’ll enter a minimum of three snippets.  You shouldn’t duplicate content that’s already included in an ad. You’ll be able to associate up to 20 Structured Snippets with campaigns or ad group.

Once everything is set up, Bing Ads will show as many as 10 snippets with the ads.  Structured Snippets from AdWords campaigns will now import into Bing Ads.
