Bing Ads Shopping Campaigns Roll Out Of Beta In US

Thrive Business Marketing company logo

Bing_ads_logoIt was announced by Bing on Tuesday that Shopping Campaigns are now available to all customers in the US.

Bing Shopping Campaigns, which was launched back in April in beta, is a reflection of Google’s switch to the Shopping Campaigns last summer, which was a format for organizing and managing product listing ads.

For Bing, their Shopping Campaigns is going to become the default campaign type for running Bing product ads.  This means that the old version will end in the fall.  It’s also good to note that there will soon be support for Shopping Campaigns in the Bing Ads Editor.

In order to get started with Bing Shopping, you’ll first have to verify your domain in Bing Webmaster Tools.  Secondly, you’ll have to set up an account in Bing Merchant Center.  You can get more details on the Bing Ads blog.  Finally, once you’ve got a Bing Merchant Center store set up, US advertisers who run Google Shopping campaigns will be able to import them into Bing Ads, or create new campaigns within Bing Ads.
