Bing Mobile Domain Returns Service Unavailable 503 Error

Thrive Business Marketing company logo

Uh oh…it looked like there was some technical issues happening this morning with the mobile version of Bing right now, as you will be presented with an error message if you try accessing Bing Mobile.

Simply put, the page just isn’t there.  The error read:

The page you want isn’t available

We’re working to restore service as soon as possible.

The server error code was a pretty major error, a 503 error code.  This means that the service isn’t available.  There was some concern over the idea that perhaps the m.bing.com domain was killed, but when I checked out the news for myself on my Android as I wrote this post, it all seemed to be working fine.  Perhaps it was just a hiccup.  It happens to the best of us.

When the Bing Mobile outage was happening, if you searched [fusion_builder_container hundred_percent=”yes” overflow=”visible”][fusion_builder_row][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”][Bing Mobile] in Google or Bing, you’d get the m.bing.com URL in the top position on either search engines.

But again, as of the writing of this post, everything seems to be working just fine.
