Recently, Bing has decided to upgrade its video search experience by adding larger thumbnail images and additional information for each video result, as well as moving the “related searches” inline with the original search.
Bing says that the new layout will offer users an easier and faster video search experience.
Not only has the thumbnail image size been increased in size, but the video search results within Bing will now include channel, upload date and view count details for each video.
If users are searching for a specific song, Bing will display a “hero” video for the song based on the top result for the query. If the user chooses to, they can play the video either directly from the results page, or go to the videos source.
