Is it possible to think that your website’s IP address is a Google ranking factor? There are people out there who say that your server’s IP address can actually affect your site’s rankings. It could really make sense because we all know of certain unsavory websites that would be blacklisted. These sites can include gambling and porn sites. If your business website happens to be on the same server as these, then there’s a chance your site could be affected as well.

It wouldn’t do your business any good if Google blacklisted the server because of these other websites that has nothing to do with yours otherwise.
