Back in October, Facebook launched lead ads, which made it easy for users to easily fill out lead forms with their Facebook account information with a couple taps on their smartphone screens. Now, this format has been made available desktop as well.
Facebook also launched two other features that is designed to give users more information about a business before asking them to submit their information. With the carousel ad format, advertisers can show up to five images and headlines in an ad.
The new context card shows as an intermediary page after the ad, which tells users ore about a service or offer efore moving on to the lead submission form. The following image is an example of a context card from TheSkimm:
