Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a big thing in recent years, and has been been transforming e-commerce at a solid and steady pace. We saw Amazon grow from a book seller to a behemoth that sells practically everything over the last 15 years. For many reasons, e-commerce has been an area of great AI adoption, particularly in marketing.
With this in mind, the retail space often doesn’t get the same degree of limelight when it comes to AI use cases. Daniel Faggella has set out to display some real use cases that highlight how and where AI is pushing the boundaries in the retail sector.
