More and more features have been released by Google for Google My Business (GMB).  With things like posts, photos, videos, booking, business descriptions, reviews and more making optimizing your Google My Business listing an important factor for local business or digital marketing agency managing local search strategies.

It can be a daunting task to stay on top of the different updates needed to keep a Google My Business listing current and optimized.  It can be especially daunting if you have multiple locations or are working with more than one business.

One of the GMB feature often overlooked is the questions and answers (Q&A) feature. Just like Google My Business reviews, Basically, Q&As are crowdsourced by real people who are asking questions with the expectations the business will answer their questions.

But here’s something to consider – there are a number of businesses who aren’t aware that this review feature even exists.  It’s because of this that the questions will often go unanswered by that business.  And when it is answered, it’s incorrectly by everyday people.
