Last August, Google began testing Local Service Ads (LSAs) with a small number of professional services that includes realtors, financial planners and lawyers in Houston and San Diago.

After almost a year, LSAs are finally rolling out nationally for professional services to a number of categories, such as lawyers, financial planners, real estate agents and tax preparers.

LSA advertisers will need to be Google Guaranteed or Google Screened, and have a minimum review score threshold of 3.0 stars or higher in order to participate in the program.
