It’s now official. Google is testing a “more results” button in the mobile search results interface. Rather than clicking to the next page from the Google search results, a searcher can click the “more results” button. Additional search results will load below the current results.
I was able to replicate this feature myself:
It was confirmed by Danny Sullivan on Twitter that this test has been running for the past few days.
This test appears to be seen by man, if not by everybody when searching Google on a smartphone.
Originally, Google began testing this more results button in a more limited fashion, but now searchers are seeing this test more often.
