It seems that Google is apparently testing a new tablet design and interface for their search results.
First spotted by Techno-Net, it looks like Google’s new tablet design will be going with the card style interface. In this interface, when you search, the results will be laid out in boxes or cards of search results. This seems to jive quite nicely with the tests that Google deployed for mobile and Google Now-like interface results. Google also has been playing with this card style interface for one box related results.
