It seems that Google is testing a new color for the “Ad” label on text ads in the SERP. A number of people in the UK have reported that the “Ad” labels match the green color of the display URLs in Google text ads.
One of the people who noticed the switch was Mark Weller of K2L Marketing:

Normally, the “Ad” labels that google has used were yellow, and have been used since they were first introduced the icon back in 2013.
So far, it looks like the green Ad label is showing in the UK, Hungary and Germany as well. As of this writing, these places are the only places people are noticing these labels. Mario Wentzel tweeted it’s showing in Germany:
