Google began testing another bold new local feature in the local knowledge panels. The test shows icons to represent the “highlights” of the venue featured in the local panel. These icons can include icons for features such as the venue being a quite place, casual place,, great for kids, great beer selection, critic’s list, great cocktails, has bar games, good from groups, and more.
Sergey Alakov spotted the feature and had posted some screen shots on Twitter. Check out the screen shots below, which shows the icons under the highlights section:
