There are many chatbots that employ artificial intelligence (AI).  Now, Helpshift is out with what it claims is the first AI specifically built and optimized for digital customer service.

The firm’s new SensAI is being used to power three new offerings for its conversational platform.  These offerings are centered around a knowledge base of brand info plus text-based messaging communications with customers.

Helpshift provides B2C customer support for mobile web, apps and website chat.  Even though the platform had used AI on a limited basis previously, this is the first widespread use.
