These days, it seems that more and more people are paying attention to their inbox in real-time than ever before, and because of that, it seems that email, as marketing channel, is gaining more and more dominance in the marketing sphere.

But just because email marketing is getting bigger, that doesn’t mean that marketers shouldn’t stay ahead of the curve.

Marketers will want to focus on the possibilities, including content at time of open, using polls or other interactive tools to increase engagement, and even using the signature as a marketing channel.
