What is user experience? User experience is when the customer’s exact needs are met, without any issues or problems. This can be applied to more than just online experiences. The user experience contains the simplicity and elegance that produces products that are fun to own and use.
People use this experience as justification for our choices when it comes to site structure, content strategy, and overall website design. But do we really understand what the user experience means for us marketers?
