Because of the American’s wit Disabilities act, many businesses have really changed how they operate online. Making sure that your website has all of the proper accessibilities is important these days, because it gives visitors to your site a better opportunity to get your services and/or products. Not only that, it can also mean a lawsuit against you if your site doesn’t comply, and if your business does get hit with a suit, then that could mean a big financial burden to you.
Every sized business can’t hide from the ADA because even small businesses are being sued for accessibility issues. Between 2018 and 2019, over 2,200 lawsuits were filed in federal courts, and many of these were aimed at the smaller and medium operation businesses.
