Artem was able to capture a screen shot of him installing an app from the mobile search results interface:
As any mobile user would tell you, when you click on an app found in the search results, you would be taken to the Google Play interface to download it from there. But now, Google is testing something new that allows Android users to completely bypass this step and install it directly from Google’s search results.
This could be great for app developers when it comes to getting more app downloads, as we all know that getting to our online destinations faster is always convenient. But will it go live for all Android users? We’ll have to wait and see.
Will this same feature happen for iOS users? It’s doubtful, but here’s hoping!
