LinkedIn Introduces Event Ads Along With “Boosted” Posts

LinkedIn has recently released a couple of new ad products for its users – Events Ads and Boosted Posts.

The new Event Ads product is a format that can be found in the LinkedIn feed, highlighting information including date, time, how to register and if any mutual connections want to attend events.

With the “Boost” button, brands are now able to promote their posts directly from their LinkedIn page. When this feature is used, LinkedIn will create a campaign in an ad account associated with the page, giving marketers the ability to broadcast posts to an even wider audience without the need to learn any additional marketing tools.
