A new set of ‘heath & safety’ businesses attributes tied to COVID-19 have been rolled out by Google, and began to appear on September 9 for some people. The attributes will clarify and provide reassurance to customers that there are safety protocols that can be taken advantage of in the pandemic.

More and more health and safety measures have been showing up in reviews for businesses, although there has been the opposite-than-intended impact on some business retailer’s overall scores. This is due to the problem some people have with wearing masks due to politics.
