The Google My Business performance report has been getting some upgrades for a while now, all in order to eventually replace the old insights report. The search engine’s help document was recently updated saying that the report will get both website clicks data and direction requests.
Not only did the performance report gain some new features, requests that are multi-tapping, direction request cancellation and spam will be filtered out by Google.
These reports are live, allowing you to access and test them out.
A bonus of these reports is that you get six months of data, rather than three months of that we would have gotten before.
