There’s nothing like a fresh start to a new year to inspire ambitious marketing plans, promises to run big campaigns and intentions of testing some of the fancy new technologies everyone is using these days.  But if you think about it, there are challenges that people may have faced in 2017 that weren’t really marketing-related.  It’s possible that the issue could be that people are too focused on their marketing programs and not stopping to get input from the sales team.
