Back in November 2017, Google My Business first announced the new dashboard that was going to be released.  Now, Mike Blumenthal reports that the dashboard is now being slowly rolled out.

Even though there are some folks who have had the ability to use the dashboard for a while now, Mike says that Google My Business is slowly rolling it out to more people.

  • Users will no longer need to switch between card and list view within their dashboard; all users, large and small, will be using the same interface.
  • The new dashboard is much easier to navigate, allowing you to click into a listing and edit within the same window.
  • Features such as Posts and Insights are now more easily accessible, displaying on the side navigation panel of the main page.
  • Adding more listings will no longer impact the loading speed of the page.

If you’d like to see if you’re able to see the new dashboard, you can check it out by accessing Google My Business and trying it out for yourself.  If you have the new dashboard, you’ll see the “Back to GMB Classic” in the left-side navigation menu.
