There has been a brand new update to Google Merchant Center (GMC) that now allows users to use the same emails to access multiple accounts.

There are a number of GMC users who have noticed an update about the change in their accounts, and Google Advertisers Community Manager CassieH put up a notice about it earlier this week, on April 11.

Per the Help Center page: “Multiple users are able to access a single Merchant Center, and users can connect their individual Google account with multiple Merchant Center accounts as needed.”

It’s possible for Admins to invite people simply by clicking on Users from the three-dot icon in the upper right corner.  They will then have the ability to sign into the account using the login information for their own Google account.

It’s is recommended by Google that the folks who use Google Search Console to manage their websites have each GMC Admin user also listed as an Owner of the site in Search Console.

It was last week when Google added the new Customer Reviews program to Google Merchant Center, which replaced the Trusted Stores program.
