In an announcement made by Oracle, the company has made some enhancements to Oracle Unity, which manages data across its marketing, sales and service offerings.

With this latest release, B2B and B2C marketers are able to eliminate customer data integration projects that would normally be both costly ad complex, and providing them with a platform that “unifies all customer data and enables it to be quickly and easily activated within existing business processes.”
