It’s that time of year again. The holidays are finally finished, and we’ve seen New Year come and go. We have almost completed our first full week of 2015. How time seems to fly. It’s that time of year where everybody, in the SEO industry likes to make predictions of the next 12 months.
And guess who else has made a tradition out of predicting how things will be for SEO? That’s right! It’s Moz’s own Rand Fishkin! For a while now, Rand has made it his custom to predict trends in SEO and web marketing, but lives by his own strict code of prediction conduct. He is only allowing himself the ability to make prediction if his previous predictions from the year before were decently accurate.
In his post on Moz that tells of his ten predictions for 2015, he describes the predictions he made for 2014 and he compares them with what actually happened throughout the last year to see if he was hot, warm, or not even close with what he felt would happen.
So how did Rand do? Well, right off the bat, we could probably guess that his predictions couldn’t have been too bad, as he created another set of predictions for 2015. So without further adieu, we will move over and let Rand take the stage. To check out how he did with his previous predictions, as well as what his 2015 guesses are, check out Rand’s post on Moz by following the link below.
