We have all heard of Yandex, right? Yes? No? Well, if you haven’t, Yandex is the largest search engine in Russia. In the news, Yandex has released its Yandex Metrica for Apps, which is a free analytics solution that has been made available for mobile developers worldwide.
The new analytics tool was created to be compatible with iOS, Windows Phone platform, and Android, according to the announcement. The app is designed to provide reports on the search engine’s own apps.
“We wanted a reliable, as well as quick and easy, way to learn about the audience and usage of each of the 25 apps we’ve made so far,” said Yandex, “None of the analytics solutions could offer us the answers to our questions about our apps stats in real time.”
With “only a few clicks”, Yandex Metrica for Apps gives developers the ability to create personalized profiles of their app’s audience, as well as user reports based on a number of metrics.
