2020 was quite a year for us all. We all had to deal with the pandemic, which really messed with us all. Since we had to social distance and stay away from others, we turned our attention to the likes of our mobile devices and the internet in order to stay in contact with others.

Since we’ve spent a year getting used to these activities, it can become a bit habit forming. What is the impact of our new type of video engagement habits?

Recently, in order to “identify the emotional impact” of viewing video on our mobile devices, Snapchat commissioned a new study for this reason.
