Making your way to the top can be hard work. But in a field like SEO (or really ANY field of work for that matter), once you’ve gotten to a point where you’re an established SEO, content writer, or marketer, you’re set. When I talk about being set, I mean you’ve already gained the experience and wisdom it takes to do your job. You know what you’re doing. You know what it takes.
But what if one day you just…started over? If you started completely over, and you launched a new blog completely from scratch, what would you do? Dr. Peter J. Meyers had that idea and decided to write about it in his Moz post on the Moz Blog. He’d had the idea of starting a brand new blog and telling that story. In this case, he wouldn’t go into it from the standpoint of knowing all he knows about marketing. He would go into this having to be a content marketer all over again.
In his post, Dr Meyers tells his story of beginning again. This will be an account of the choices he made, as well as the mistakes he went through. His post is will be part one of a series of “starting over” blog posts done by Dr Meyers, with this one centering around pre-launch.
