Study: Q1 Google Display Network Placements

A great way to fill up the early part of the online marketing funnel is to advertise on one of Google’s network of partner sites, the Google Display Network.  These are sites that show either AdSense ads or websites that show ads from DoubleClick.

SEMCopilot, one of Ted Ives‘ AdWords management software for PPC account managers, collected some data through the Q1 period, from both beta testers and paying customers’ AdWords accounts.  In an article that Ted wrote, he shows some of the analysis of their GDN placements.
