The 2015 Moz Search Engine Ranking Factors Study Is Here

MozIt’s here.  It’s finally here!  Moz has finally announced the results of their biannual Search Engine Ranking Correlation Study and Expert Survey, which they are calling quite simply, Ranking Factors.

With the help of the Ranking Factors study, which attributes of pages and sites that have the strongest association with ranking highly in Google is identified.  There are two parts to Ranking Factors, which includes a survey of professional SEOs, as well as a large correlation study.

This year’s study is the biggest one yet, with the most data points than any other year in the past, all tanks to Dr. Matt Peters, new data partners and over 150 search marketing professionals  With this study, over 170 correlations were measured, and over 15,000 data points were collected from all of the SEO experts.
