opeThis week, Twitter began pushing its live video, which includes a new live video button on iOS and Android phones. Not only this, but Twitter confirmed that there will be a Periscope embed feature will be available in the coming weeks.
This news was announced on June 15th, via a tweet that showed off how users can now film live Periscope broadcasts straight from their Twitter app versus having to open up the separate Periscope app.

The Periscope embed announcement was made at the company’s New York City headquarters during an event. In a report from The International Business Times, it was said that users will be able to embed Periscope videos across the web the same way they can embed tweets.
Twitter’s head of business operations at Periscope, Alex Khoshnevissan confirmed that anywhere you can embed a tweet, you’ll be able to embed a Periscope video. He said,
“For me, this is huge because this means we are totally breaking down the barrier [fusion_builder_container hundred_percent=”yes” overflow=”visible”][fusion_builder_row][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”][to] a live broadcast .
