In Google’s recently updated Quality Rating Guide, there seems to be a much larger emphasis on E-A-T, which is short for expertise, authoritativeness, and trustworthiness. This update in the Quality Ratings Guide tells us that there is a shift in the search engines that focuses more towards brand-related metrics to identify sites/pages that deserve to be more visible in search results.
