instagram-logoThose who have created video content for Instagram knows the agony one goes through to cram an awesome message into a 15 second video clip.  Unless you’ve mastered the use of  hyperlapse or crop video square, you probably are a person who hasn’t put too much thought into it, as you’ve probably just taken a quick picture and posted it.

But after Instagram extended the video length from 15 seconds to 60, we’ve been given so much more freedom to do what we want for our Instagram videos.  On March 29, 2016, Instagram said that they’ve extended their 15-second video limit to 60-seconds videos, which will “bring fun, flexible, and creative, ways to create and watch video on Instagram.”

Instagram stated:

“You may be surprised to learn that people miss on average 70 percent of their feeds. As Instagram has grown, it’s become harder to keep up with all the photos and videos people share. This means you often don’t see the posts you might care about the most. To improve your experience, your feed will soon be ordered to show the moments we believe you will care about the most.”

We know that Brands are going to take the 60 second long video feature and make the most out of it.

Anna Crowe scoured the latest Instagram videos that have been posted on the platform to bring marketers fresh ideas from brands that have completely nailed it with Instagram videos.  Anna found 23 totally awesome Instagram videos that are have it nailed down and shared them in a Search Engine Journal post.  Brands included in her list includes:
