rand_fishkinOne misconception that a number of “normal” folk, aka, people who don’t do SEO for a living, have about this line of work is that an SEO ‘s job is kind of one-shot.  Some would look at SEO and believe that once you’ve “fixed up” a site by optimizing it for the search engines, and telling the website owners what to do afterwards, you’re done.  What these individuals aren’t realizing is that there’s a lot more to be done than just doing it once and you’re good.  There’s an ongoing process to the job, even when you’re focusing on the same client and website.

On this episode of Whiteboard Friday,  will walk us through the ongoing parts of the job.
