YouTube Chapters are now on their way to getting a new upgrade, which will let creators generate a new list view of the video that showcases each chapter in the YouTube Player.
Not only that, Closed Captioning is getting a better location on the player. You can swipe up, and the video will rotate to the horizontal view from a vertical orientation.
