LinkedIn has rolled out its final feature update for Campaign Manager this year, introducing a suite of new insights and targeting elements designed to enhance ad performance.
One of the key updates is the replacement of the “Company Engagement” report with a new “Companies” overview. This revamped report offers deeper insights into how other companies interact with your brand on LinkedIn. With expanded date ranges, up to 90 days, and a focus on both paid and organic engagement, marketers can gain a more comprehensive understanding of their audience and tailor their campaigns accordingly.
Another significant addition is the updated data-driven attribution report, which provides granular insights into the impact of specific marketing elements on lead generation. By identifying the most influential touchpoints in the customer journey, marketers can optimize their strategies to maximize results.
LinkedIn has also introduced a new “Measurement Insights” tab, consolidating member, company, campaign, and ad format data into a single view. This streamlined approach simplifies the evaluation of marketing efforts’ business impact, eliminating the need to navigate multiple tabs and reports.
To further refine targeting efforts, LinkedIn has launched “Qualified Leads Optimization.” By integrating CRM data via CAPI, marketers can share examples of ideal leads, enabling the platform’s optimization tool to identify similar prospects. This feature is particularly beneficial for marketers struggling with low-quality leads, as it helps focus on high-potential leads with a higher likelihood of conversion.
These updates underscore LinkedIn’s commitment to advancing its ad platform through AI and machine learning, aiming to improve targeting accuracy and drive better results. With increased engagement, especially for video content, LinkedIn presents a compelling opportunity for marketers to consider in their 2025 planning.
