Google recently began testing a different variation of mobile product card units, which is the Google Shopping format of a knowledge panel.
Seen by Josh Leibner, the director of paid media at Red Ventures, the store postings appear in a swipeable carousel that resembles the mobile price extension format, as well as filtering options.

By selecting any filtering options will bring the user to the Google Shopping overview page for the product.
Search Engine Land was able to replicate the format on several product searches. Below is an example they gave for a specific model of Cuisinart coffee maker.
