rand_fishkinWhen it comes to creating something for your business, it could be pretty easy assuming you did absolutely no market research before putting all that hard work into it.  As great as that would be to start putting any old thing out on to the market, you know that won’t fly because more than likely, it just won’t fly with your audience.

This is how it is with content marketing for sure.  It’s easy to think of something to put out there and create.  But getting people to consume what you’re created in content is the hard part.  It’s just like the saying goes, “you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink.”  Your audience is the same way.  You can give your audience all the content you want, but that doesn’t mean you are going to get them to get into it

In order to have the greatest success in content consumption is knowing what people want before you even begin thinking anything.  In today’s Whiteboard Friday, Rand will explain how you can increase your chance of a greater audience participation with that knowledge.
