In the business of SEO and online marketing, every’s goal is to ultimately get as many links to their target site as possible. But any SEO worth his or her salt would give you a very stern warning. Link building while a necessary thing, can be quite dangerous, especially if you’re doing it wrong and don’t know it.
There are a lot of people who would compare link building with black hat SEO techniques that result in spammy search results. Luckily (not for those who relied on black hat techniques of years past), Google has been able to evolve to the point where being spammy and indiscriminately building links to a site and expect rankings just isn’t that easy anymore.
